An online platform that allows businesses to compare debt collection agencies (DCAs), gain instant quotes and seek immediate action on the recovery of overdue invoices has been launched by the Institute of Credit Management (ICM) in partnership with service provider ComparetheDCA.com. This agreement is the latest move by the ICM in its campaign to assist SMEs.

Coll£ctWho? presents a selection of business-to-business DCAs for companies to choose from, collected together in one easy-to-review location. Users can reduce time spent searching the market for the perfect collections partner and can also benefit from cost savings offered by a number of the participating agencies. More than 15 leading DCAs are currently registered on the Coll£ctWho? panel, with new agencies being added weekly.

Philip King, Chief Executive of the ICM, says that using the system could not be simpler, "The Coll£ctWho? site will enable businesses to make quick but informed decisions based on success, location, process and price, and an additional benefit is that the service guarantees user anonymity until all of the DCAs’ quotes have been reviewed and the collector best suited to their needs has been selected, so businesses need not worry about prompting unwanted sales calls."
